Fitness Planning
Fitness Planning sessions are coaching sessions where you can explore your thoughts and goals around fitness. Your fitness coach will provide a safe environment for you to discuss your fitness needs, plan your workouts, and more! Not sure what to work on? Here are some discussion topic ideas:

Your mentality and hidden beliefs around health and fitness,
Your body image, body positivity, or body goals,
Planning and scheduling your workouts,
Goal setting,
Your mindset and beliefs about health and fitness,
Ways to stay accountable.
Fitness Coaching
Fitness Sessions are active sessions to get you moving and working your body. It's not sweat, it's glow! Contrary to Fitness Planning sessions, Fitness coaching sessions are workout sessions instead of planning sessions. Not sure what to work on? Here are some discussion topic ideas:

Working out through an individualized program for your specific health needs and goals,
Finding alternatives to exercises based on your fitness goals, needs, and level,
Reviewing and practicing form,
Finding exercises based on what tools are available at home,
Simply working out is great too!
Nutrition Coaching
With your Nutrition coach, you can work on establishing healthy habits and mindset around food. Karla does not believe in diets, she instead prefers to help her clients explore their own bio-individuality to tailor a plan just for them. Not sure what to work on?
