Amanda will speak on tapping into innovation and creativity -- within yourself and your teams. She'll also share insights from her studies in the psychology of leadership.

Amanda Cupido oversees the AM radio station, 640 Toronto as their Director of Talk & Talent. She is also the founder of Lead Podcasting and the author of Let's Talk Podcasting: The Essential Guide to Doing it Right. Amanda teaches radio and podcasting at Ryerson University and Seneca College.
Previously, Amanda managed global communications for the non-profit, World Vision where she led training sessions about innovative storytelling for their communications teams around the world and filed stories from Afghanistan, Myanmar and Jordan. She then moved to their executive office in Canada overseeing speech writing, media training and social media for the CEO.
Prior to that, Amanda worked as a producer, reporter and news anchor at Newstalk 1010 CFRB in Toronto. Amanda has a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University and Master of Professional Studies in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University.
