Coaching sessions differ per client and include strategies such as: revamping online dating profiles, practicing how to connect authentically during a date, or unearthing internal barriers to forming a healthy relationship. Jane also  specializes in helping those who are already in a relationship and looking to improve their communication.

Each of her sessions are personalized and include a variety of tools and practices such as movement, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sacred sex therapy, and meditation.
